The Archer Alliance Foundation (AAF) considers requests that support Ascent Classical Academy of Northern Colorado and benefit its students or school community. Submit this form before making a purchase, signing an agreement, or committing funds. Submission does not mean approval.

AAF cannot provide funds directly to the school unless the school approves that arrangement in writing before AAF approves the request. AAF may reimburse the school or an approved third party for expenses included in an approved request. If AAF is expected to pay a vendor directly, the vendor must accept payment from AAF. Only the AAF board may sign or enter into an agreement that binds AAF. No requestor, school representative, or third party may sign, promise payment, or otherwise commit AAF.

Provide the full project cost, the amount requested from AAF, and how any funding gap will be covered. Do not make purchases or commitments on AAF’s behalf. If approved, funds must be used for the approved purpose, and receipts or other documentation must be provided.
