ARCHER ALLIANCE FOUNDATION BOARD MEETING 

Thank you for your patience as we have worked to finalize the formation of the Archer Alliance Foundation. The founding Board is pleased to announce that our formation documents and Bylaws have been completed, and we are ready to move into the next phase of our work.

The Foundation is currently led by its four founding Directors. We plan to add three additional Directors, bringing the Board to seven members. If you are interested in being considered for one of these positions, please complete the Director Application before the meeting:

You do not need to attend in person to be considered. If you are unable to attend, simply submit your application before the meeting.

We will also address our remaining 501(c)(3) and administrative steps, banking and financial infrastructure, and begin organizing our first fundraising initiatives, including Muffin Mondays and the upcoming wreath sale. We will conclude by assigning responsibilities and establishing clear next steps for the work ahead.

We are excited to have the Foundation formally established and look forward to getting to work and we look forward to seeing you.
